实验室的研究方向将要针对干细胞多能性的基因转录及表观遗传调控机制,主要以L3mbtl2介导的非典型PRC1复合物为模型,运用包括小鼠遗传学、生物化学、基因组学和蛋白组学等多学科手段,探寻表观遗传机制在基因调控、干细胞增殖与分化、胚胎发育和肿瘤发生中的作用,期望结合所获得知识促进干细胞替代疗法的临床应用,并提供合理而独特的药物设计线索治疗肿瘤等疾病。
