以第一完成人分别于2002获得江苏省科技进步三等奖、2009江苏省科技进步奖二等奖、2015教育部自然科学二等奖,并被推荐为2016年国家自然科学二等奖候选项目。是国内第一个在国际关节炎协会(OARSI)任职理事的学者,担任SICOT中国分会基础研究分会副主任委员、国际软骨损伤修复学会(ICRS)中国分会副主委。中华医学会运动医疗分会常委、下肢学组组长、中华医学会再生医学分会委员、软骨修复学组的副组长,中华医学会骨科分会关节炎工作组组长,本届江苏省运动医疗分会主任委员、骨科分会副主任委员、创伤分会副主任委员
担任多个SCI杂志编委,包括Osteoarthritis and Cartilage(IF=4.6)、BMC muscusketal disorder(section editor IF=1.577), OsteopedicSurguey(IF=0.8),并担任多个一流杂志的审稿人员,同时作为主编创建了一本英文杂志(aoj.amegroups.com)。是《中华创伤杂志》、《中华骨与关节外科杂志》等国内多个中文核心期刊的编委。
研究方向: 1. 软骨修复 研究通过小分子药物诱导自身滑膜源兴干细胞进行软骨损伤修复,可注射型钛纳米水凝胶在体内原位成胶并修复软骨损伤,其中研制的的软骨修复材料在兔软骨缺损模型中取得了良好的修复效果,相关结果已被ACS Nano 杂志收录。 2. 遗传学研究 蒋青教授带领的研究团队首先在国际上发表中国人群骨关节炎群体遗传研究成果基于该研究成果发表的论文Replication of the association of the aspartic acid repeat polymorphism in the asporin gene with knee-osteoarthritis susceptibility in Han Chinese被中国科学技术信息研究所评为2007年“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”。同时也开展了针对先天性髋关节发育不良以及部分罕见骨骼系统疾病的遗传学研究。 3. 生物3D打印技术 本领域是实验室最近两年开展的新研究方向,主要包括生物3D打印材料的研发,在体生物3D打印技术的应用,在体生物3D打印设备的研发。目前已经开展了软骨损伤的在体生物3D打印的初步研究,不规则骨缺损的逆向建模及打印修复,组织工程材料的表面改性等。
