主要从事代谢综合症病理及治疗过程中的信号转导机制的研究,采用包括蛋白质组学、生物化学、细胞生物学以及分子生理学等在内的实验手段,结合小鼠基因敲入和基因敲除模型,以肾脏、肝脏及骨骼肌为研究对象,围绕胰岛素敏感器官自身代谢以及对全身代谢稳态调控的分子机制展开研究,为 2 型糖尿病、肥胖和非酒精脂肪肝等代谢类疾病的防、诊、治提供了理论依据和新的制药靶点。
