林兆宇实验室

林兆宇教授结合临床数据,利用细胞和疾病动物模型解析生理病理过程,揭示了免疫稳态失控导致的肥胖、脓毒症、炎症性肠病、矽肺等多种复杂炎症相关疾病的发病机制,发现了临床治疗多个潜在新靶标并探讨了新的防治策略,为临床治疗和新药研发提供了新的可能性。以第一或通讯作者在Immunity、Cell Death Differ、Embo J、PLoS Genet 、Cell Mol Immunol 、Ebiomedicine等主流学术期刊发表研究论文20余篇,获多项国家和省部级项目支持,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目与科技部重点研发计划课题。

本实验室主要研究方向为免疫对生理稳态的调控及其失调引起的炎症性疾病。由于免疫涉及几乎所有的核心生理稳态调控,所以其调控紊乱是脓毒症、炎症性肠病、矽肺、痛风和肿瘤等多种复杂疾病的重要原因。本课题组希望从分子机制角度解释这些复杂疾病的症状,并探寻疾病临床治疗靶点和方法。
具体研究方向如下:
(一) 固有免疫中细胞焦亡与相关疾病(脓毒症、矽肺、痛风等)的发病机制研究和治疗方法开发
(二) 机体代谢紊乱(肥胖)的调控机制研究与相应减肥疗法的开发
(三) 基于肠道菌群人源化小鼠模型研究炎症性肠病和结肠癌的发病机制和治疗方法
